Yes, 0 is a rational number because it can be written in the form p/q.
For example: 0 = 0/1

We can write:
3 = 30/10 and 4 = 40/10
Six rational numbers between them are:
31/10, 32/10, 33/10, 34/10, 35/10, 36/10

Find five rational numbers between 0 and 1.
👉 Solution:
0 = 0/5 and 1 = 5/5
Five rational numbers are:
1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5

Let x = 0.333…

1000000x = 142857.142857…
1000000x − x = 142857
999999x = 142857
x = 142857 / 999999 = 1/7
